The Recharge made me realize how much influence nutrition has on my quality of life. After the first week of Recharge, for the first time since I could remember, I felt completely rested on Sunday and ready for the upcoming work week; I was amazed at how good I felt after 1 week! To this day (years later) I have started eating differently (vegan food regularly and no more factory foods) and I can say that I have my whiplash symptoms from a collision 7 years ago under control.
