But in the end clean cooking turned out to be quite easy, and I still make the recipes weekly. Especially the different food gave me a lot of energy. The Recharge made me realize how much influence nutrition has on my quality of life. After the first week of Recharge, for the first time since I could remember, I felt completely rested on Sunday and ready for the upcoming work week; I was amazed at how good I felt after 1 week! To this day (years later) I have started eating differently (vegan food regularly and no more factory foods) and I can say that I have my whiplash symptoms from a collision 7 years ago under control. I haven't had a cold since 2017, no longer have eczema symptoms and have more energy which allows me to do many more fun things besides my work. In short: my quality of life has improved significantly.

With a standard rhythm in the morning, a good diet and lots of exercise, I felt very fit at the beginning of the vacation. I especially liked the fixed morning pattern. I always wanted that, but if you can stay in bed longer in the morning, it is attractive. The motivation was there but #Recharge gave me the grip to really do this and keep it up.
